It is truly impossible to list all the talents that a teacher-organizer at school should have! His duties are very numerous, but the salary does not always correspond to the load. Most educational institutions do not provide a separate rate for this position, so subject teachers take on this functionality for an additional fee.

Required requirements for the position

In order to start fulfilling their duties as a teacher-organizer in a school, a teacher must meet certain criteria. A teacher with at least two years of teaching experience and at least a secondary vocational education is appointed to this position. It is desirable that he also has a qualification category. He must be familiar with all regulations and legislative framework Russian Federation related to education.

The organizing teacher has knowledge in the field of psychology, pedagogy, physiology, thanks to which he can find and support young talents. Such a teacher will be very useful knowledge in the field of management and team management, as he often faces the need to form various associations and studios. Fire protection, safety measures, labor protection standards - information about this should always be at hand, as it may be needed at any time.

Support and support for students

Among the duties of the teacher-organizer at the school, the main one is to actively promote the personal development of schoolchildren, the formation of their talents and general culture. To do this, he needs to constantly study the psychological and age characteristics of children and adolescents, as well as their interests. The tasks of the teacher also include the creation of all the necessary conditions for the creative realization of students in the form of various associations aimed at joint activities.

The teacher, who performs an organizational function in the school, must support initiatives in the field of leisure coming from the students themselves. Often he creates a special association in which students can influence her work in one way or another. In some cases, the organizer involves their parents, public figures, as well as employees of various cultural and sports institutions to work with students. His responsibilities also include planning the holidays for students and providing support to those of them who want to work.

The rights of the teacher

The teacher-organizer at the school, whose duties are very extensive, has his own rights. We are talking not only about a standard work package, but also about the opportunity to submit your own proposals to meetings and planning meetings aimed at improving the activities of the institution. He can also request various documentation from specialists of related departments that he needs to perform his duties.

No matter how his colleagues refuse, the organizing teacher, according to his job description, has the right to involve them in holding various events, as well as in resolving issues that were assigned to him. In some educational institutions, the person holding this position has great influence on the administration and may require her assistance in carrying out their own tasks.

Reliability is the main quality

At first glance, it seems that the duties of a teacher-organizer in a school do not imply too much responsibility, but this is not so. In addition to the high-quality performance of his functions, he is responsible for the moral and spiritual development of students, which requires great dedication and the ability to build a workflow in such a way that all plans are fulfilled in a timely manner.

In some cases, a teacher may even incur material damage, for example, if an office with various property is assigned to him. However, the position of a school organizer is most often taken by very responsible people who try to avoid violations in their work, because they are well aware of the consequences of their mistakes.

General functionality

Functional responsibilities teacher-organizer at the school directly depend on the type of educational institution. As a rule, such a position exists in those institutions where additional education is a complex and structured system, where students, teachers and parents are involved. The teacher must be able to involve children in various activities in such a way that its goal and final result fully meet the expectations of the teaching staff and parents.

In parallel with this, the teacher must also conduct educational work, the result of which is that each child has the opportunity to reveal their talents. Children need to be ready for joint communication with each other, be able to choose relevant values for themselves and form a friendly and trusting atmosphere in the team. If necessary, the teacher acting as an organizer in the school should perform a representative function, namely, to conduct a dialogue with various state and non-state institutions aimed at protecting the rights of children.

Pedagogical basis of work

Over the past few years, the requirements for the job duties of an organizing teacher have changed significantly: life safety at school is also most often taught to them. Thus, he must teach schoolchildren not only life safety, but also responsibility for the world around them. Such a teacher needs to put the humanistic ideology of education at the head of his work in order to achieve high results.

The works of Makarenko, Machiavelli and other experts in pedagogical skills will be the main ones in the list of the organizer's handbooks. If we consider the modern theoretical provisions of pedagogy, then the works of V. Andreev, I. Kolesnikova, I. Yakimanskaya, V. Bezdukhov deserve some attention. Scientists believe that the teacher should be widely developed personality who has the ability to win over absolutely any child and adult.

Through leisure into culture

All cultural and leisure activities carried out in educational institution, always corresponds to the methods of education. The teacher-organizer at the school, whose duties include its implementation, must organize the work in such a way that during it young Russians form an attachment to the culture of their country. With the help of proven leisure techniques, children will be able to learn to understand and analyze the global cultural fund, as well as respect small nations and their characteristics.

It is important that the freedom of the child's personality be taken into account when organizing leisure activities. Ideally, he can independently choose the time, place and form of his vacation. To give the child's individuality a chance to open up and not leave the child alone with his thoughts is the main task of the teacher. The main competitors of teachers-organizers are computer games. Teachers usually show children other recreational options that can be much more interesting and useful.

Leisure should be accessible, and it will be interesting if as many children as possible take part in it. It is desirable that it be organized on the principle of amateur performance, then all participants in the process can be realized not only in individual, but also in collective activities. With the competent organization of the cultural and leisure process, a person can gradually become an active person who lives in harmony with himself and society.

Chief Assistants

A fairy-tale wizard - this is how students often perceive the teacher-organizer at school. His duties can be qualitatively fulfilled only if he is in constant contact with his parents. Absolutely every class has its own mini-council, consisting of the most responsible moms and dads. It is he who decides how the leisure of their children should be organized.

If a we are talking about the internal activities of the school, help from parents is rarely required, teachers usually manage on their own, inviting moms and dads to the holidays as spectators. But planning a trip, for example, to a museum or a toy factory, will require additional help from parent committee. The teacher-organizer, acting together with parents, can prevent a number of problems - early use of nicotine and alcohol by children, petty offenses and criminal offenses.

Approach to everyone

All events held within the walls of a general educational institution should be built on the age and behavioral characteristics of students. This is also the responsibility of the teacher-organizer at the school, whose typical job responsibilities take into account the need for the use of various forms of recreational activities. In particular, for students under 10 years of age, one should use those in which children receive precise instructions, and also feel protected.

Children between the ages of 11 and 13 are extremely susceptible to peer influence and need a teacher who can harness the overflowing energy and then direct it in the right direction. Collective activity of a creative nature is one of the most suitable leisure activities. Parties, sports events, as well as activities that can bring any benefits to the child are perfect here.

Teenagers, whose age ranges from 14 to 17, strive to develop their own identity and demonstrate it to the whole world. The organizer is needed here as a more experienced comrade who can give good advice. As the most interesting events for children, author's song evenings, discos, trainings and various forms of socially useful activities should be used.

Other options for the development of students

Parents strive to comprehensively develop their children, so schoolchildren are often engaged in obtaining additional education. Quite often, the work of the relevant department depends on the organizing teachers in schools, the duties and salaries of the latter, in the event of successful formation of curricula, can increase significantly. It is not at all necessary that we are talking about recruiting children to master some additional discipline, this was relevant 10-15 years ago.

Teachers who have managed to prepare their students for participation in various competitions and events can add the successes of their wards to their own portfolio. The latter usually helps in obtaining a new category, as well as pedagogical awards of various types and levels. The more awards a teacher has, the higher his chances for a higher salary and career growth, so he himself should be interested in this.

What is the difference between the work of Russian teachers and Belarusian ones?

Among Russians, there is an opinion that Belarus is the custodian of the traditions of the USSR and that it was she who managed to keep the traditions of teaching skills safe and sound. In part, this assumption is true - teachers-organizers in the schools of the Republic of Belarus are much stricter in the performance of official duties, here special emphasis is placed on maintaining ideological work and educational activities are carried out together with parents.

The list of tasks of a teacher with a similar status also includes the organization summer holidays schoolchildren, in Russia this functionality usually falls on the shoulders of parents. The school organizer is responsible for the participation of children in various events - conferences, competitions, rallies and exhibitions. Particular attention is paid here personal growth teacher.

Qualification requirements in Belarus

If the duties of a teacher-organizer in schools in Belarus and Russia are similar, then the requirements for it differ significantly. In Russia, a teacher holding this position is required to have a higher pedagogical education, which can be replaced by a specialized secondary education in combination with specialized retraining. Work experience does not matter in this case.

In lyceums, gymnasiums and colleges of Belarus, the requirements for a teacher-organizer are much higher, he must have the highest teacher education otherwise they will simply not be allowed to work. They simply won’t hire anyone for this position, since the planning and implementation of cultural and leisure activities is a very responsible process.

Risks for the teacher

The combination of two responsible positions never goes unnoticed. If the teacher successfully fulfills the duties of an organizing teacher, life safety at school can be taught carelessly. No matter what subject he teaches, if harmony is not achieved, the lessons of this teacher will be aimless and uninteresting. That is why school administrations are trying to allocate a separate rate for this functionality or to attract an experienced teacher who has a long established teaching process to the position of organizer.

As an improvised means, such a teacher can use his assistants from among the most responsible high school students, to whom certain functions can be delegated. At first, you will have to control the implementation of the tasks, but in the future it will pay off handsomely.
