The II Forum on additional education for children (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) will be held on March 24-27 in the city of Kaliningrad. The purpose of the Forum is to study and discuss the practical achievements of regional and international experience in the field of additional education for the further development of the system of additional education for children in the Russian Federation.

The forum is held by the All-Russian Trade Union of Education and the Ministry of Education of the Kaliningrad Region.

As part of the Forum, a number of events are planned: familiarization of the Forum participants with the activities of the Ministry of Education of the Kaliningrad Region in the development of modern models of additional education and the practice of organizations of additional education for children in the region; presentation of the experience of organizations of additional education for children - participants of the Forum in the format of exhibition events; final (full-time) round of the All-Russian competition of development programs for organizations of additional education for children "Arctur - 2016" (hereinafter - the Competition); discussion of trends and prospects for development, relevance and effectiveness of additional education for children in the Russian Federation in the format of "round tables".

The forum includes three thematic days:

Participants and laureates of the competition, who paid the registration fee of 300 rubles, will be sent paper diplomas by Russian Post to the addresses indicated in the application.
