1. General Provisions

1. This job description was developed in accordance with the Unified Qualification Handbook for the positions of managers, specialists and employees (section "Qualification characteristics of the positions of educators"), approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of August 26, 2010 N 761n (as amended on May 31, 2011) and defines the job duties, rights and responsibilities of the dispatcher educational institution.

General provisions

1.1. This job description was developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation of July 10, 1992 No. 3266-1 "On Education", the Model Regulations on a General Educational Institution approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 19, 2001 No. 196.

1.3. The dispatcher of an educational institution is appointed and dismissed by the director of the lyceum. For the period of vacation or temporary disability of the dispatcher of an educational institution, his duties may be assigned to a teacher from among the most experienced teachers of the lyceum. Temporary performance of duties in these cases is carried out on the basis of the order of the director of the lyceum, issued in compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.

5. Responsibility
