Catalan Aryz creates but refuses to call himself a street artist.

He considers his cool graffiti to be ordinary drawings on the walls, which in no way can affect the state of the city in which he works.

Aryz was born in one of the small Spanish towns in 1988. He prefers not to talk about himself or reveal his identity, believing that his cool graffiti is much more interesting than himself. He came to the creation of drawings, thanks to his passion for hip-hop.

Melbourne was one of the first places to use a painting technique known as stenciling, which uses paper cut into a shape to form an image. The German city has several colorful and stylized murals. In Buildings, he built a city full of abandoned buildings on an 8 x 10 meter lot from an old slaughterhouse. The realistic level of performance is impressive.

When, by chance, Aryz started painting with brushes, he was left alone. Now he has eight years of experience in creating drawings, most of which received wide use. The artist took part in a large number of festivals that were dedicated to street art and were held in different countries peace. Aryz notes that he creates his drawings without thinking up a plot in advance, as he tries to enjoy the process itself. The message of the image, in his opinion, is not so important compared to the shapes and colors.

Two paths follow in his footsteps: the steep streets of Exarchia and the dark lanes of Gazi and Metaxergio, neighborhoods engulfed in feeding students and artists who, with zero police surveillance, have highlighted walls and ways to express what they feel. Graffiti culture prevails in Gazi and Metaxergio, on the section connecting the Keramikos metro station with the School of Fine Arts in Athens.

He's been drawing since he was a teenager, when he started drawing train cars - the green, suburban line is painted in pihos - and never stopped again. Aris quite often creates his cool graffiti on the walls of street buildings, however, he sees a big drawback in this - onlookers often gather around, who sometimes even try to tell him. The artist also creates drawings in his own studio, however, according to him, it is much more interesting and easier to work with walls than with canvas.

There is no single look, no color that repeats. The city scene of the Greek capital is creative. “If you want to see more complex work, you should come to Gazi, where there is a large concentration of artists who use methods and risk innovation.”
